If the product is defective or different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange the product at no cost.

After the returned product reaches our company, we will send you a new product.

Please understand that custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned.

ATTENTION: Do not send product(s) without prior authorization from our team and following the appropriate instructions sent by email. Returns that are not previously authorized and/or do not follow the guidelines of our exchange department will not be analyzed and the product(s) will be automatically sent to the customer's address without prior notice.
IMPORTANT: TreeKiTree does not cover packaging costs for returns or exchanges. We suggest that you use the same packaging as the product(s) received. If you use other packaging, choose a box that protects the product from damage during transit.


If you prefer a refund of the amount

After confirming the return of the defective product, we will transfer it to the account indicated by the customer. If you use a credit card, please note that the refund may take several days to several weeks after payment confirmation from the credit company if the payment deadline has passed.
