In the case of bank transfer, shipping will be made after payment confirmation.

Also, please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

The transfer destination will be Banco do Correio（ゆうちょ銀行）

  Details such as account number will be notified by email after ordering.

Products will be shipped 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

DELIVERY BY CARRIER

• Kuroneko Takkyubin

Shipping via Takkyubin, delivery times will be from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

• Mail

Shipments by Japan Post do not contain delivery date and time.

We use Japan Post (Click Post).

It is a delivery method for posting to the destination mailbox.

Includes tracking service until arrival at destination.  

Delivery takes approximately 2 to 4 days. (Excluding distant places) *Okinawa and some remote islands ship by sea, so delivery may take up to a week.
